Why I started the Meaning of Work podcast

For some, work advances their life and takes them to places they didn’t think they could go to, it gives them satisfaction that they can’t get anywhere else, and it gives them a sense of fulfillment and meaning. Those who have achieved that are the inspiration. It can be like that for everybody and through the Meaning of Work podcast series, Ross hopes to inspire people and give them the confidence to find their own happiness and meaning at work.
